Nellie, the receptionist was very freindly and helpful. She set out breakfast for our early departure. Hotel location is great with easy walk to Dom, Rathaus and many shops and restaurants. Rooms are nicely appointed and very comfortable -

I highly recommend Hotel Benelux. The location is ideal because it is so close to the Dom square. Parking is available on site or right around the corner in a large parking garage. On the website it says check in is at 3pm but we arrived at 11:30am and they promptly checked us in. There was a mix up with our reservation, they couldn't find it, but it turned out that it had be put in the wrong pile of papers and after that things were great. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large. Everything was clean and the cleaning staff were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and in an attractive room with nice table settings. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. A big plus for us was being 2 blocks from the train station. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel. -

excellent staff, very good location, elegant but also practical interior. Very good breakfast and I like that it was optional (and one could decide to have - and pay for it - breakfast every morning, after checking the time budget, which is unique!).
I decided to book already this hotel for the stay during the next year conference!

Whether it was about the hotel or a location we were going to..Being from the USA, and out of the country for the first time, not knowing about Germany, or locations they always made sure we were confident by time we walked out side. The owner picked us up from the train station and brought us to the apartment, showing us round before leaving which was a nice touch.
The apartment was perfect for a couple to share, everything was provided for (tea/coffee etc) as well as comfortable seating and beds. -
