Great location for the castles, shops and restaurants. We would go back and spend a longer time to explore the area.   If you visit this place once it will stay long not only in your memory but deep in your heart. Fairy tail nature is added by very nice and friendly people who are living and coming there. Kitchenette in the apartment which was a bonus, including dishwasher. You get a "Fussen Card" during your stay, which gives you free public transport and a discount on your castle tickets. The hotel is easy to get to, a 5-10 min drive or 15min bus ride from Fussen. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel (Strandbad Hopfensee) where you can get bus 56 which comes eve

  Though this is a two start hotel, this is the best hotel that I have ever stayed during my 10 days trip in Germany! I love the staff a lot! They're super friendly!
