  We stayed for two nights and our room was clean, well thought out and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. WiFi internet access was readily available and we enjoyed the food. - Loved this Hotel! Friendly front desk, clean modern rooms, nice pool and sauna and close to attractions and hiking trails.   Perfect location!! Relaxing atmosphere and close to several points of interest. Hotel staff was outstanding-very friendly and family oriented. Excellent restaraunt, and very clean comfortable rooms with fabulous view. The perfect place for a weekend get away to relax. - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.   The hotel was beautiful, the staff was helpful and the pool, whirlpool and sauna were wonderful. 15 minutes from Garmisch, but it was nice to be away from the busy area down there. The Dome was fantasic and across the street - I stayed at the hotel last month, no issues using the VAT (19% tax savings form for the US Military). As nice as the hotel was, and it was nice, made for a poor ending.

  The hotel was exception in every way. My family group comprised me and my wife, our children and 3 grandchildren. The hotel was able to meet the requirements of each generation very well.
