  I have seen many hotels, but this one exceed my expectations and experience hundred times. Incredible clean. More clean than in my own house, and have in mind that I am perfectionist in cleaning. We had a very early leaving, so the hotel staff prepared for us 2 bags with food. Location is 10 min.away from the Old Town. Near you have - Great location, close to the touristy center but in a very quiet area, also close to the area with cafes, restaurants, bars and small artsy shops. Comfortable beds, on our request down comforters and pillows that we were allergic to were changed for synthetic hypoalergenic ones. Wonderful, comfortable and beautiful bathroom. Free fast internet.

  Everyone was most attentive to any need we had and very friendly. Stephanie made our check in/out easy, and answered all our questions. The other two gentlemen where just as efficient, friendly and helpful in any manner they could be. We were very happy with the accommodations and the staff. - Everything was superb.   One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The personel were extremely attentive, and practically predicted our wishes. The staff was great with recommendations and made all the necessary arrangements for dinner reservations (and changing them when we got caught up in shopping) ...etc. The service in this hotel was second to none. The location is very good in the newly refurbished part of Dresden old town. The room was a delight, large high ceilings, modern contemporary design and a funky bathroom. The dining area was large, well designed and the breakfast was very good. I will stay there again if I return to Dresden. Staff were very professional.

  The staff was remarcable and very helpfull. The locaiton is absolutely perfect, you have it all - tourist atractions, restaurants (even running sushi - my favourite), shopping, transport... The hotel is also very nice and breakfast is great. And the offer I got from letsbookhotel.com was unbelivable!!! - Every thing. The service was excellent and the rooms and furnishings were classy and comfortable, and the hotel location right next to the Frauenkirche in the center of the "old" (sightseeing part of the) city was great.   I liked the hotel, the food, the service, the room. The hotel owner goes far beyond his line of duty for the well being of his guests. I got the flu while I was in Dresden. The day we were supposed to leave I was feeling terrible and of course was not able to go anywhere. This is the first time that I encounter this. - While outside Dresden, it is on a good bus line (75) and only 20 minutes to the old town (free with Dresden Card).
