  Vi fick ett väldigt trevligt bemötande både vid ankomst och under alla 3 dygnen som vi bodde på hotellet - Everything was great about our stay, including meeting the owner Marco. I'd suggest you have a bit of information available about the lift system behind the hotel, how to access, times, etc. It looked like it would/could have been very fun, ... vad folk säger » however, we really couldn't identify when it was running... - The view! Right over the Rhine. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and even let us leave our car in their lot after we checked out for several hours.

  Lovely hotel, very nice terasse, full of flowers and extremely clean, located on the banks of hte Rhine. The staff were very friendly, we had arrived later in the evening, but they had waited for us. The resstaurant is quite high-class, and amazing decorations. The scenery is great - the Rhine Valley and there is a castle across the valley. Althou... vad folk säger » gh close to the main street, the rooms were very quiet. Internet access but had to make an account (easier to do for the geeks :). There is a passage - It was a great surprise to know the hotel. We arrived late afternoon and were greeted by the owners who run the hotel like a luxurious home. They spoiled us all the time: I was cold and she gave me some pills for flu; when we went way, in the morning, the owners even gave us valuable tips for the car rides. The hotel has a restaurant by the River Rhine which is very charming.

  Lovely hotel in the centre of rudesheim, rooms very clean and bright, good parking facilities and a lovely breakfast.   Proximity to great wine area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is surprisingly pleasant. The rooms are basic but clean and the bed was comfortable - Location is fantastic. Near to highway, but surrounded by green. Beautiful garden for having breakfast and dinner. Staff is very helpful and kind.
