Perfect location with its own little eco town feel. Perfect for jumping onto the underground to central Berlin. Great, cheap little coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Apartment absolutely spotless and tastful decor through out. -
The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast were great. The apartment was clean and well accommodated.

This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Booked three rooms for the weekend . The hotel is perfectly situated,
only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms
were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very
professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and
spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds
could be a softer though. Bar closes at 00.30, unfortunately they
don't carry port or sherry... But a nice choice of whiskies aso.

Hotellets läge i Berlin är perfekt för att nå alla intresanta stadsdelar. Aldrig långt hem var man än är. - -bra läge i stadsdelen Mitte, mycket nära U-bahn. Supermarket och internetcafé i närheten. Ingen AC men det finns tjocka gardiner att dra för och markiser att fälla ner för att hålla värmen borta. Bullrar en del från gatan, mindre på natten.

very comfortable. In reality it is better than you may think when looking at photos. It was very clear when we arrived, and we had been very surprised that we found there everything we needed (like all the stuff in the kitchen and bathroom). Rooms are very fancy decorated. Location is perfect. U-bahn is just round the corner. -

Location was great being close to the underground. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and directions from airport. Nice apartment very close to the Bernauer Str U-Bahn Stn. These apartments are managed through the nearby Raja Jooseppi Cafe and, despite first appearances, this was in fact a lovely little cafe with very friendly staff and some of the best coffee in Berlin. The menu was limited but the food excellent.

Checking was brought forward and Stefan had someone there very quickly, we had a late afternoon train on departure and he thankfully let us stay late checkout.
Good neighborhood bars, cafes and underground all nearby also supermarkets.

in general all very ploho.ne not something extra, but all German pedantic. in the bath and the kitchen has everything you need. in the tsenntre Berlin is very convenient.

My 2 sons and I really enjoyed this quaint hotel that is a hop and a
skip from the Berlin zoo and the Zoo Station S-Bahn and U-Bahn. So much
to see in the vicinity of the hotel, and everything else was an easy
train ride to. We really loved the outside architecture (cool staircase)
and then we always took the flights of stairs to the lobby level (

The location is perfect if You want to shop around Kudam or visit this part of Berlin. And if You want to go east, metro station with direct connection to Warshauer strasse is just few meters. Staff is very helpfull, speaks well english + other languages. It can get hot in summer due to big windows, but the aircon works well. I'd say that everything is fine with this apartments (Karl Marx
Allee 137). It's clean and quite cosy. The kitchen is equipped with
everything you need and moreover there were some oil, tea bags, salt and
sugar - it helps when you've just arrived :) Taxi driver lost in
this district, he didn't know any word in English and Anne explained
him by phone what's a place he needs to get to. Many thanks.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was to a high standard, clean, with a modern kitchen and spacious bathroom. We were met at the apartment by Stefan who was very helpful and friendly. This is an excellent place to stay in Berlin. It is honestly one of the best value places I have ever stayed in. I was late arriving at it was not a problem at all - the room is large, very clean and the bathroom and kitchen are great. I really cannot recommend staying here highly enough. I will definitely stay there again and have recommended it to friends and family.
