  The professional people who man the reception desk are great. This includes Jeanine, Ricco, Peggy and a pleasant man with a beard who likes techno music.Everyone was extremely polite, responsive and cheerful about my questions and requests.When I got back to Berlin, I will stay here again. - staff at the reception was very friendly, helpful!! the... vad folk säger » room is very clean, basic but with all is necessary. bathroom was very big and with a bath tub/shower which is very handy.   The hotel has an excellent central location. Furnishings and decor are simple but pleasant and comfortable. Staff members were amiable and went out of their way to help make my stay a good one. - Amiable, willing to oblige staff. Located in a safe area, though central. Very quiet, very peacefull atmosphere.

  The free breakfast buffet was served at great times (until late morning) and was actually more than a few stale croissants- meat, bread, yogurt, bagels,cereal,fruit, boiled eggs, etc. The hotel offers free wifi- which works and is usable and fast. In Mitte there are some great restaurants,cafes, and shopping. - The location is perfect. Mitte is a great area with lots of vintage stores, nice restaurants en great pubs. Within a couple of minutes you walk to the river Spree, which runs through the hart of the city. Big hotspots like Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag, Bundestag and Holocaust Denkmal are doable walking. I can recommend this hotel to anyone!

Only 35 mins from mitteand 2 stops from olympic stadium Rooms were clean and of good standard for 2 star All staff were friendly and very helpful - This is a very comfortable hotel and very close to the train station.
