  Excellent staff and restaurant, well set up to deal with a large number of people staying for the opera festival. The staff were excellent dealing with the booking, which for some reason never made it from LetsBookHotel.com to the hotel - This is a very pleasant and smart hotel with good facilities.   Breakfast - Staff was super: courteous, helpful, knowledgeable of the area and all spoke excellent English. Breakfast provided free with stay was outstanding: great food selection and once again the staff was superior, Location was perfect to sites and downtown shopping. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
