They use the card system instead of keys. The card is also used in theelevator, gave a secure feeling - only hotel guests could use theelevators. Gym: high standard. Excellent location, we found the apartment easily, a representative of the owner was waiting for us there, gave us directions to a place to reach by public transportation were excellent, one-room apartment with a very large shower, a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the TV tower, a place recommended.

We are really enjoyed this apartment during our three days stay in
Berlin. Location was excellent for us (5 min. Walk from S-Bahn station).
We were able to reach the city center in ca. 30 min. From the apartment.

Everything written by previous visitors about this apartment is true. Clean, comfortable, roomy, in a quiet and safe place, 5-7 minutes walking time from an S-Bahn station, very welcoming persons meeting you on the day of arrival. Choosing this place to stay in Berlin was really lucky for us. A little hint for those who will use the famous "tricky shower": turn the water flow to maximum, and the temperature will not be so volatile (lesser water flow can result in the heater switching off).
