  1, This is a new hotel in a nice residential area only three subway stops from the zoo station. The subway stop is a block away. 2. Several good restaurants in the immediate area. 3. Excellent buffet breakfast, albeit at 18 Euros a pop. 4. Everything very clean. - Very good place to stay in decent locality. Room good enough for business travel.   The location was excellent with a lot of restaurants, stores, even a market & a laundry facility near by to wash our clothes before our departing to Paris for another 5 days. It was really helpful. We had to evacuate by stairs from the 6th floor to - Very clean, comfortable, well-organised hotel - a bit like a super-hostel! Our room was overlooking the courtyard, so was quiet and we could open the window - our friends overlookong the street found it noisy with the window open. The shower and separate loo was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and quality was very good. Very good choice for a city break - though a bit distant from central Berlin. Make sure you have a Berlin travel ticket and a good map of the S and U- B

  Our room was brand new, very big for a European Hotel. It was Clean. The Breakfast was Magnificent. They had a complimentary fruit basket available all day long. Free Internet.   The bathroom (especially the shower) was fantastic. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. I would recommend the salmon and egg, though they don't offer actual English plain tea. The location was wonderfully central (opposite tube station), despite that we visited during Tube (underground rail) construction time! The staff called the taxi for us on our way back to the airport, which was very helpful. - The rooms are fantastic, always clean and very comftoble. The staff were beyond amazing. Always helpful, extremely friendly. Never had such great staff like this at a hotel before. Highly recommend for anyone. Family, solo traveller, couples.
