  Very nice clean hotel, with great amenities. The bed was wonderful, the best in our 5 city / 5 hotel trip.   Enough places around the hotel to grab a snack, breakfast, coffee or a good german weisner. The hotel does not have reception but there is friendly staff around to help you.   Our stay was absolutely perfect! Ms. Kirova at they front desk always remembered our names, and was so friendly. She was so kind when we unexpectedly arrived early, and she helped store our bags until a room could be prepared for us. Her recommendations for restaurants and shopping were perfect every time. The breakfast buffet was del - The hotel was perfectly placed, just a couple of minutes from the s-bahn at Savignyplatz, a non-stop trip of about 35-40 mins from Schönefeld airport, and the u-bahn at Uhlandstrasse. Many, many restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and plenty of bars and cafes. The hotel was outstanding, and its hard to believe that those people who gave it any negative comments actually stayed here.   The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Informed me about a band that were playing that evening. The spa area is amazing. Lot's of saunas to choose from and a huge variety of relaxation rooms. I could have stayed there for hours! There is also a good sized swimming pool which was great for an early morning swim.
