  This is a budget hotel given its price (good hotels in Berlin tend to be much more expensive) but it goes an extra mile to be something more than that. The exterior and interior design is very tasteful and cool. Really nice if you like your own cooking and sociali - - The staff were really friendly and great. My sudden visit to this hotel was unexpected due to cancelled flight. Whilst at the airport I decided to book a room at Meininger Hotel for easy access back to the airport very early next morning. Upon submitting my request to stay one night on letsbookhotel.com I was virtually checked in to a room straight away at about 9am.   Hotel great for our needs which was a quick stop off from coming in from Schonfield Airport. We needed a hotel which had a late check in as our flight was due in at 10pm. The Hotel Manager was very helpful and helped us with understanding the public transport system. - Everything was fine. Very clean.

  Helpfull staff (24 hours). Nice bed. Teenage son happy with the large sofa bed. Cleaning and new towels daily (like in more expensive hotels). Breakfast buffet was satisfactory. We didn't preorder breakast, but we got it at a discount price when we arrived. Breakfast tables both inside and under canopy in the yard. Free parking (24/7) in a nearby side street was relatively easy to get. 2 underground stations (diffe - Clean room, small but practical. Loads of bars/resteraunts just up the road, plus there was a market round the corner on certain dates. Serviced by two Ubahn stations a v short distance away that will get you into central Berlin easily enough. Not going to win any awards, but for the price per night exaclty what we needed

  Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away. Also close-by are very good transport links. Was very pleasantly surprised how quiet and peaceful it was, when in our room. Another bonus was free Wi-Fi and also free to use terminals in lobby area with facilities for print outs.
