  mycket trevligt bemötande av ägarinnan - Renate was extremely helpful helping us plan our routes via the U and S-bahn. She was welcoming and picked us up from the airport when we arrived late, and dropped us off at the S-bahn the following morning. She really made our first day in Berlin easier and welcoming.   This is a budget hotel given its price (good hotels in Berlin tend to be much more expensive) but it goes an extra mile to be something more than that. The exterior and interior design is very tasteful and cool.
