  The staff being very helpful and understandably experienced. The manager himself had to assist us with directions and as well as inputting addresses into our Navigation Systems.   Ett perfekt "stopp" första kvällen eftersom jag landade vid Schönefeld flygplats sent på kvällen. Suverän service med skjuts var 20:e minut från busstationen några hundra meter från flygplatsen och till hotellet. Fint rum och en helt suverän frukost på morgonen.   This is a budget hotel given its price (good hotels in Berlin tend to be much more expensive) but it goes an extra mile to be something more than that. The exterior and interior design is very tasteful and cool.
