I would recommend the hotel for sure, but definitely NOT the airport. Who designed this place? No facilities beyond security, and when the plane is late there was nothing to eat or drink. We were held captive for 2 h

Location location location! Great location with train and plane access. Very modern design, rooms well appointed, comfy beds, clean, friendly, and good food. We overnighted in order to catch a flight, but spent the day in the city after checking in. Can't believe how quiet it is, we watched jumbo jets approaching for landing right outside the windows and couldn't hear them! If we hadn't seen them we would not have known they were there. Amazing.

Everyone spoke English and they were all so polite. The room was very nice and well appointed. Comfortable and clean. We were only there for one night to make our early morning flight back to Canada and the walk to the terminal with all our luggage was effortless. Not far at all. We had room service for dinner and the food was prompt and excellent. Also love the 2pm check in and 12 Noon check out (with ability to extend). Love this hotel and will stay again.

Nära flygplatsen - I have stayed here before and loved how close it was to the airport and the staff have always been very warm to welcome you to the hotel and assist with anything you may need. There were some shops close by where I could pass the time. Also as a solo traveller it was easy to get to the hotel since they provided the shuttle service which was very efficient. Unfortunately I arrived from a long-haul flight and I wasn't very well so didn't wasn't able to enjoy the facilities. - Thank you for securing our ski bag and two gia

Location is very convenient you may travel either by car or train. Frankfurt downtown is 15 minutes. Wiesbaden and Mainz are also nearby. The owners are keen to satisfy every need from bed preference to restaurant recommendation. Next time I will chose this place when having business around. -

Friendly staff at check-in. Nice room on the 6th floor (603). Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Wifi signal was strong, and free for all three of my devices. Real hangers (not the anti-theft type), a free bottle of sparkling water a nice touch. Great sauna and clean exercise equipment. All-in-all, a great place to stay, IMO. -
