Nellie, the receptionist was very freindly and helpful. She set out breakfast for our early departure. Hotel location is great with easy walk to Dom, Rathaus and many shops and restaurants. Rooms are nicely appointed and very comfortable -

On the website it says check in is at 3pm but we arrived at 11:30am and they promptly checked us in. There was a mix up with our reservation, they couldn't find it, but it turned out that it had be put in the wrong pile of papers and after that things were great. Free internet in the lobby and room service till 11pm, and they even have a 24hr men

The entire staff always had a smile and was willing to help us with any questions we had. Whether it was about the hotel or a location we were going to..Being from the USA, and out of the country for the first time, not knowing about Germany, or locations they always made sure we were confident by time we walked out side. The staff was very helpful
