I stayed there for one night, between a TGV train and early morning flight. I got a very discounted rate (38euros), and so was prepared to put up with almost anything. The hotel buses are on the 5th floor at CDG--take the RED and YELLOW bus for this hotel. The signs are not well marked. The hotel is the second stop, travel time around 15 minutes. I took the shuttle again at 5:40am, and it left promptly. Check-in was fast an efficient, the room was clean, the floor quiet. It was perfect for stay.
alla recensioner » First of all - the staff: smiling, very nice and helpful! I arrived late (around 11.30 PM) and I was hungry. Despite the closure of the nearby Campanile restaurant, they served me a full meal! Same for breakfast - I had to leave very early (before 6.00 AM - opening breakfast at Première Classe), they suggest me to take the breakfast a the nearby Campanile (starts at 5:00). The hotel is 10 minutes by shuttle from the airport! Very simple and fast! No noise despite the proximity of the airport an. The room, especially the bathroom was spotless! The beds were fine though the space was a little tight. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty simple. Good coffee, juice, yogurt, fruit, carb choices with butter and jam. There is a very nice restaurant at Le Campanile, next door. There's nothing much in the neighborhood, so that restaurant is your best bet unless you want to take the shuttle back to the airport. It runs about every 30 minutes. This was a new hotel at the time (September 2013), with small but clean rooms. Good value through letsbookhotel.com; prices for walk-in were 25 Euros higher. Excellent location if your flight is in the morning from CDG and you do not want to drive through Paris to catch the plane. Breakfast is minimal, but the restaurant in the next hotel is acceptable. Our purpose for staying there was easy access to CDG airport for a morning flight and found it to be perfect for that purpose. The staff was especially helpful in answering our questions and putting us at ease. A shuttle bus running every 35 minutes made it very easy for us to meet our flight. It was hyper-clean and the beds were comfortable. Very clean, very modern - it was an excellent airport-handy place for us to crash at 4am, then wake up for all-you-can-eat breakfast of breads, cornflakes and yoghurt. We checked in at 4am in other building, and the man there was very helpful. Wi-fi in room was good, and shuttle to airport was helpful. - Close to cdg airport with shuttle service every 35 mins - great price - clean rooms with the basics - inexpensive (though sparse) breakfast - 24 hr reception; polite and helpful service even when managing a lot of customers - convenient, good, and affordable restaurant in next door hotel. It's a good hotel to stay in for few nights. Loved d fact that its 10 mins from the airport. Bus shuttle service for 5€, easily available from level 5 of tgv/rer station. Rooms toilets are clean. If you take a taxi you will land up paying even min 30Eur for a distance of hardly 1km. Good breakfast option. The room, though small, was comfortable and clean, what we expected for the price. The beds were comfortable and bathroom larger than many we experienced in this price range. We also liked the adjacent town - very charming to walk and a good restaurant "Le Pomme d'Or". This hotel is suitable for people who have early flights because the hotel is situated near the airport Charles De Gaulle. There is the good internet there. It doesn't take more than 10 - 15 min to reach any terminals of CDG. This hotel is clean, bright and quiet. It is very convenient for the airport but we were not troubled by aircraft noise. Getting there from the airport is not hard but you really have to know how it works. The list for the shuttle buses, at the pick up point, does not show this hotel even though it goes there. It's the red bus - to Le Campanile, Les Mesnil Amelot. It drops you at Le Campanile, right next door to the Premiere Class. They are partner hotels. For light sleepers it could be noisy, since it is located about two kilometers from the airport, but closing the windows helps to a quiet night. If you need to top your rental's gas tank, you have to drive about seven minutes to a near-by village. The morning coffee was not as tasty as what we had come to expect in France but that was a very minor concern. The girl on reception at breakfast was scary and very grumpy. - Not a fault of hotel, but shuttle service may be a bit tricky to figure out from the airport. Go to 5th level of tgv, then outside to shuttle area; choose the orange bus (not the blue one - this goes to other hotels owned by same company). Super easy getting back to the airport from hotel - shuttle was perfectly on time and reception helpful/provided printed schedule with map to concourse. Please display the travel map from airport to the hotel (bus shuttle) on your website. Receptionist tried to charge us for the free shuttle from Airport. Although there was an airport shuttle, no one told us that it only stopped at an adjacent hotel, not Premiere Classe where we stayed. We asked about the shuttle, whether we needed to reserve a space, etc., we had our bags and got to the lobby early as advised, continued to check the schedule, and no one volunteered that we needed to go around the corner -- a lapse in awareness and service I think. It was only mentioned when we asked about the shuttle being "en retard". (I do speak some French.). It is a 30 minute ride via metro to Paris via express train. I should have preferred tea and coffee making facilities in the room (although there was a machine in the foyer.) The breakfast was reasonably priced but limited; maybe a choice of breakfast in the partner hotel could be offered. The restaurant service was rather poor. The hot buffet food (carrots)were not even luke warm and the chicken flesh was raw on the bone and could not be cut. I told the lady at the cash register and she offered no apology nor any discount. It was a shame because other than this incident I have found Parisian cafe/restaurant food & staff very good. It's so new that the shuttle bus service didn't list it on their list of hotels they visit. However, everyone was very helpful and we found it no problem. There are several hotels in this chain right near cdg airport. Before finding the right bus, I took a shuttle that went to two of them - but not to mine. It was confusing and a waste of time. That's not really the hotel's fault, just something to watch out for. Nothing. No frills i.e only soap in dispenser in shower, no hairdrier in room, no safe, towels small and thin - but did not expect anything else for 42 euro per night in rip-off capital Paris. There was some kind of factory behind the hotel and they started emptying bins at about 4 in the morning. Maybe we were unlucky with the situation of our room!. Beware reception close after 9/10 PM. Hard to find on the web of small, unmarked and unlit roads around CDG airport! Walls thin -- snoring clearly audible from the next room and noise from family across the hall started at 2 am. Our plane took off at 6 05, so use regular shuttle was not our option. Taxi cost 28 euro, and somehow for us was ordered mini van! (2 girls with backpacks?!?!) I absolutely understand that it's common practice to charge awfully large (btw 4 km) , but still...When we were check in, it appeard that we need to go to the next hotel and check in there (weird) No matter, that hotel is located near to airport, not much shops there ( and almost no cafe). A constant theme at Hotels seems to be that the shower towels are far too small. This Hotel was no exception. Shuttle from airport was hard to find. And we had arrived after the last shuttle (24:00)... Taxi did not want to drive us due to it being too close. Not within walking distance. Tough to find this hotel. Suggest you plug in the post code in your navigator if traveling by car as the street does not register (on my Garmin). Hair in bathroom and bin not emptied. But got over that quick as everything else was fine. It was hard to find. The buffet breakfast although cheaply priced could have been more extensive and varied. Staff could learn to speak better english, it was difficult to communicate. The 'free' airport courtesy bus was not free and I was charged 5 euro at reception. No biggee at all but just commenting.... Internet service, low conexion. need to call before arriving to ensure someone is there to open the door. A bit hard to find.
