Friendliness of staff, abundant decoration, excellent breakfast with homemade confiture, attentive, personal approach almost hides that the organisation behind all of this is very professional: Room cleaned during breakfast, bill ready at departure, ideas for restaurants when needed etc.
The room was lovely, compact et petite! Staff don't speak much
English but even still were very helpful. Let us check in 2hrs early to
hotel and were good for directions etc. Clean throughout, with friendly
housekeeping staff. Would stay again if ever in the area!.
Very quirky hotel with interesting rooms furnished with antiques. The bedroom was on the small size but very comfortable. Owners were welcoming and helpful. Lovely breakfast with home-made preserves and fresh pastries and croissants etc.
A friendly and warm welcome from a highly attentive owner. The breakfast in particular requires highlighting, absolutely superb.The hotel is an ideal location from where to explore the region. All in all, highly recommended.
Within easy reach of lovely medieval towns and villages. Also very easy access to Bergerac airport.
The sight of between 50 - 100 swans cruising up and down the river either side of the main bridge was amazing.
The hotel's unique ambience and the peaceful village location made this a great find. Warranted a longer stay. Breakfast was good and served with old world charm.
Breakfasts were Magnificent, The Home made Jams themselves were worth the visit.
