- good breakfast and included within the room price - very friendly and helpful staff - close proximity to the city centre - very comfortable beds (the best we ever slept) - complimentary caffe/tea, beverages, etc. corner - well equipped and organised playground for kids - complimentary mineral water bottles and sweets in the room. We got a great deal including breakfast which was a buffet, also a good range of restaurants within walking distance. Even though there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, you could help yourself in the lobby as well as fruit and pastries.
alla recensioner » The staffs were very nice and can speak English! The hotel is close to a supermarket, it's very convenient to buy something you need. In addition, you can arrival Grenoble train station in 10 mins by walking. Also, the room was very clean. The hotel was within walking distance of restaurants, shops and sights. The breakfast buffet was good. If you plan on parking at the hotel, best to reserve in advance and have a small car as there are only a few (small) spaces. Neat and clean. Quiet. Excellent complimentary breakfast in comfortable breakfast room. Very handily located close to bus and train station, and to streetcars (tram). Great location, very modern design, spotlessly clean, all the facilities you would expect and extremely freindly and helpful staff. The working table and the chair in the room are not suitable for working with computer; there is no plug close to working table, WIFI is not stable, always need to reconnect. Smelly bathroom, not dirty but smell from sewer I think. Definely need fan and room freshener. The breakfast is the same every day. If you stay more than 5 days, it could be boring, :) The network connection is not very good during the night, but this might be the operators' issues. Nothing. Parking space in the garage very small : consider to park your car in a public garage. Everything fine, except unstable internet connection. The lock on the door was not totally securely attached. Would have been easy to force. This was pointed out to the staff but they just said it was ok. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room and air conditioning worked but wasn't as effective as it could have been. Road works just outside dining room window, had to get through the rubble to exit hotel. Asked staff for the name of a good restaurant but they were unable to name one. Not many open there in October so had trouble finding one and ended up having the worst Indian meal of my life!. The room. I felt quite as an hospital room, due to the white linen and the colours very basic and neutral. I took a triple room just to have more space for me and my wife; Easy free parking. Free WiFi did not work in the room, only the lobby. Poor facilities.
