After confirmation of booking, the property's details, including the exact address and the location of the keys will be emailed to you. If arriving between 16:00 and 19:00, the owners will meet you on site upon arrival. 1 set of linen and towels is provided per person per stay. There is a mid-week general clean included. Daily cleaning or a maid service is available at an extra cost. Prepayment via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after booking to provide bank transfer instructions. Villa Tropez will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. The security deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Please note that the pool is not fenced. The pool is open between May and September.
