location was great, layout of room was ok for 3 people, one on fold out couch, clean, well supplied kitchen.
Very well located - next to the cathedrale. There is a public parking for only 1EUR close by.
We loved the views from our room, also the comfort and facilities.

good location..very quiet and secure.

took 3 separate trips to desk to find out how to hook up wifi..some rooms need cable...electric window shade didn't work and were told it would be fixed but wasn't so only grey light through it.
There were no shampoo and shower gel, so one should take its own. Otherwise there was everything - luquid to wash the dishes, tabs for the diswasher, one trash bag, toilet paper. Internet is not for free and besides it's not even WiFi...one can use it only with a cable.
That we did not stay longer.

The room was very hot. A fan would have solved the problem.
The staff was absent-minded. The air conditioner doesn't work properly.
kitchen not well equipped..no air conditioning and it was very hot..took 2 days to get a fan from the manager..room not very spacious.
Parking is a challenge; cleaning needs to be improved.
We arrived on Sunday there were no employees,
The bedding was used. There were no clean towels.
We had to complain so much to provide me bedding and towels
