We arrived in Bagneres-de-Bogorre to watch a stage of the Tour de France the following day. The owner at Hotel de la Paix was there on arrival and was extremely helpful in answering our questions about the tour, how to get to the Col, the best place to watch it, what roads would be closed, what time to leave etc. We were extremely pleased with the hotel and the price we paid. I liked the central location. Easy to get around town. Close to the famous Col du Tourmalet.

Location to sections of Bigorre.
It was in a perfect place for us to view the stage of le Tour de France which was the reason for our visit, price was fantastic for what we wanted.
No parking.
- corridors smelled (smoking in the past...).
Crazy design of the rooms.
Hard to get suitcases up to the room and room very small.
It did need some up grading and some new carpets.
