  The staff were friendly, they told us about local services etc and even allowed me to get a tray full of breakfast to bring to the room each morning as my little one wasn't up early enough for breakfast due to time difference.   Superb location with beautiful view over the river (the receptionist kindly 'upgraded' us as the hotel was virtually empty). The reception staff were very friendly - seemed really interested in us. Has a small games room for children which we used and separate saunas for men and women.
