  The guy that dealt with our stay was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment is very comfortable and could easily accommodate a family or group of friends. Facilities: we felt there was everything you needed and the sauna is a great addition.   The location in old Town Tallinn was awesome. We could just step out into everything, street side cafes, bars, shopping, historical sites, everything is right there! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very sufficient with everything desired. The historical atmosphere of the building was really cool if you're into that, and ... vad folk säger » quiet too - from street noise, rowdy people, etc. Overall a very nice place. Oh yes, and free Internet. We stayed later, elsewhere at a more expensive - The location is perfect - center of the old town, walking distance to many places of interest. The hotel itself is nice and cosy. The staff is helpful and friendly. The cafe and the restaurant at the hotel are quite good, and breakfast is really nice. There is excellent Wi-Fi in the hotel.

When told her I was in Tallinn for the first time, she pointed out and answered all helpful directions and more. The manager Pep was there the morning I checked out, he was just as nice and walked me out the door and directed me the easiest route to get to my ferry.
