  The staff was extremely friendly and since my Spanish is still basic, they patiently and willingly helped me order in dinner, order a taxi to the airport, and get a wake-up call. As a single female I felt very safe in this hotel and in this part of the city.

  The staff went out of their way to satisfy our every request. Anna even walked down the street with us to a local restaurant the day we arrived so we would not get lost. We felt very safe and comfortable in this little corner of Heaven. We will stay here again and again.
