  The staff are wonderful, first it was a super easy check in process unlike other hotels, we were there for my wive's birthday, the staff helped me to put together a surprise room decoration, candles and roses and balloons, a cake, a bottle of sparkling wine and all for less than 100 $. It was an excellent experience and I got rewarded from my wife for t - I loved this hotel!!! The staff was awesome and I'd highly recommend booking your tours through the hotel. My tour guide was Mina and my driver was Ahmad. Mina is very knowledgable and Ahmad was a SUPERB driver!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND. Mahmoud (gold room/floor concierge) helped booked the tour and he too made my stay GREAT! I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. When I return to Cairo I will definitely be staying here!

  It's a simple hostel in a very central location and fairly quiet during the night. Without particular decoration, but the rooms are spacious, although furnished very minimal, are clean and everything is working. Working Wi-Fi.   We arrived at the hotel a few hours earlier and the staff at the hotel allowed us to have an early check in. We tried restaurant in 12 floor (Horus) for dinner and 1st floor (Sphnix) for breakfast.
