The staff are wonderful, first it was a super easy check in process unlike other hotels, we were there for my wive's birthday, the staff helped me to put together a surprise room decoration, candles and roses and balloons, a cake, a bottle of sparkling wine and all for less than 100 $.

I loved this hotel!!! The staff was awesome and I'd highly recommend booking your tours through the hotel. My tour guide was Mina and my driver was Ahmad. Mina is very knowledgable and Ahmad was a SUPERB driver!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND. Mahmoud (gold room/floor concierge) helped booked the tour and he too made my stay GREAT! I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. When I return to Cairo I will definitely be staying here!

I like the hotel staff and facilties and the comfort, but the hotel is fair away from city. - I liked all the restaurant choices, the hotel staff was very friendly, they were able to cancel one of my friends room so she could stay in our room for 50 dollars more and got a twin bed for her.

The location of the hotel was wonderful, right on the Nile with wonderful views of the river, it was also within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum and Cairo Tower.

Breakfast was super, with several choices and all very tasty. The room was very well furnished, comfortable and cozy. Very nice bathroom. It has direct access to the mall, thus very convenient if you need any purchase (even Carrefour is there).

The location is perfect for anyone wanting to spend a couple days around the pyramid area. It is only a ten minute walk to the entry of the pyramids. It is safe and not necessary to pay in advance for a tour guide. I was lucky to be the first guest at the hotel one day before the official opening. Very friendly staff, great location within terminal 3 of the airport.
