  Staff are fabulous. They serve you before you even think to ask them. I ordered room service and one of the dishes I didn't like its taste, but I just left it and my friend ate hers. When they got back the table, and saw that I haven't eaten what I orderes, they called me to ask what was wrong with the dish and I simply told them I didn't like its... vad folk säger » taste, they apologized and offered to serve me another dish on them, and they sent a complimentary fruit platter as well. The staff at breakfast are - probably the best location possible in cairo, right on the nile (just a couple of blocks away from tahrir square and the egyptian museum). i felt safe in the hotel..despite the revolution going on (with guns and tanks and protestors) just a couple of blocks away. :) the hotel security was good (with extra guards and metal detectors at the front entrance). also, the roof-top pool was very nice and welcoming.

  It's a huge hotel with many restaurants. But it is beautiful. I had a lovely room, big enough to hold a dance in, and the bathroom was a dream. I stayed in the Towers extension and would highly recommend it. The half board package was great. And there was even tea and coffede making in the room, pretty rare in Egypt.The hotel is very close to Cair... vad folk säger » o airport and even though you have to contend with Cairo's terrible traffic if you want to go to town, the taxi fare is very cheap. I would stay there - The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bars with life music offer good distraction. The restaurants offer good food. The hotel is close to the airport and they offer a shuttle bus. They will come and pick you up at the airport and arrange your visa.

  The location of the hotel was wonderful, right on the Nile with wonderful views of the river, it was also within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum and Cairo Tower. It was very pleasant sitting in the floating bar/restaurant and watching the world go by on the river. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful.   The facilities are amazing - great indoor/outdoor pool and spa. Also a very comfortable bed. The hotel is located between the airport and the city so you need transport. The great thing is that the hotel has a courtesy bus that leaves regularly to take you to the airport or to the city - The common areas are spacious. Lotsa restaurant to try.   There was an issue with the card room key system when I arrived - the staff was quick to provide a solution. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. - I was amazed at number of good restaurants and variety under one roof. Each restaurant had its own beautiful ambience, decor, lighting, and excellent food.

  I have to give a special mention to Marion the restaurant manager who went out of her way to help us after we were not happy with the reception staff who dealt with us when we arrived. We were going to move hotels but she went that extra mile. She gave us complementary breakfast and it was absolutely amazing. Apart from the man on the desk all ... vad folk säger » the other staff were fabulous. The hotel is the best one for the Pyramids as it is only a 5 - 10 min walk and you can see them from the hotel grounds - This amazing place was perfectly located right next to the Great Pyramid in Giza. We were fortunate to have been upgraded to a suite which was totally awesome with heaps too much space for us (not that we were going to complain). Make sure you pay that extra for the pyramid view - well worth it. The pool was glorious and we were made to feel very welcome by the staff. The security at the gate was very reassuring and I was happy to put up with the small inconvenience.

  Very good service, room is clean and neat. Good working desk with wired and wireless internet.   Spacious apartments, nearby mall directly accessible through parking, great weekday "dinner/snack" buffet for all guests, really felt "at home" - Staff are so nice and helpful, rooms are very clean, strong wifi, secured and safe, variety breakfast. Next time i'll make sure to stay longer.

  The staff is terrific. The pool area is nice. we had a junior suite with two rooms and two balconies overlooking the Nile. I highly recommend upgrading to a suite if you can afford it.
