  Staff were polite and accommodating to our questions in both Danish and English as you'd expect from such a hotel. I look for the details though and have to say the cleaners were outstanding and are the reason for this score. - Check-in and out were very quick, breakfast was delicious as in all Radisson hotels, the location was walking distance... vad folk säger » from the city center...   Ett hotell med underbar atmosfär både exteriört och i restaurang och på rummen. Här fann vi det danska gemytet! Hög klass på personalen som hade en personlig och trevlig serviceanda med glatt och positivt bemötande av alla. Absolut utöver det vanliga! Välutrustade rum. Mycket bra restaurang, value for money. Vi reste med våra föräldrar och ... vad folk säger » trots vissa rörelsehinder, så var alla faciliteter tillgängliga. - The rooms that I have had there are always spacious, spotlessly clean and tidy and very quiet. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety to choose from. The hotel has easy access to the motorway and into the town centre and there is plenty of parking. I have now stayed there 5 times over the last 2 years. - The wireless internet speed was fantastic (better than any other hotel in the city). The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Plenty of great English cable channels on the television. There was some (limited) underground parking available.
