  The hotel is in the best location in the city right at the hot springs and the colonnades. They have their own massage facility and you get a discount on the famous spa castle. The receptionists were very professional and switched on. Once you ask them about anything, they would promptly get you the best solution. They also let us keep ourparking and put our luggage in the baggage room after check out so wehad additional time in wonderful Karlovy Vary.

  This is a residence hotel which means there is a separate bedroom, living room and a full kitchen. Much better than a hotel room. It even had a separate walk in closet for your clothes and bags. The bathroom was great too, large and very pretty. We booked the upgraded room and therefore also had a small balcony.
