I have booked this boutique hotel for my parents - both in their
sixties. They have lived there for 2 weeks and were super-happy.
Frankly, they have high standarts and the hotel has lived right up to

Absolutely amazing. We have stayed in the city before but not anywhere
as comfortable as this hotel. We arrived after the desk had closed but
were greeted by the restaurant staff. One of the waiters helped carry
our bags up the side entrance to our room. Beautiful, spacious room with
high ceilings overlooking the park but away from noise. Shopping and
mineral springs within walking distance and many restaurants but one of

Absolutely perfect location, right in the centre in Karlovy Vary. Every single staff member we talked to was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our car was parked by the staff somewhere nearby, and it was returned with the windscreen cleaned, a nice detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.

This was a fabulous hotel, Excellent location, close to everything. It is exactly as the pictures in the booking site, very very good. Nice clean and quiet room, small but nice spa open already from 7 oclock. The lady at the reception when we arrive was a super friendly and helpful. I wonder she was the hotell manager?!. And she spoke even perfect english, not only german and russian. -
I liked the location, friendly and helpful staff, and nice breakfast.
