The hotel is positioned just two minutes walk from the centre of the spa precinct of Karlovy Vary. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large and luxuriously furnished. The breakfast was fine. We would certainly stay again. -

Very kind and helpful owners, who went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Comfortable, bright new apartment, with underfloor heating in the bathroom - lovely in winter! The apartment is a short walk from the centre of town and also from the surrounding hills; it's easy to see everything KV has to offer. -

The owners of the hotel were very freindly and helpful, told us about all things in Marianske Lazne we were interested in. The location is not far from the railway station but relatively long walk (about 15 minutes long, although through a pleasant park with some mineral water springs) away from the town centre. -

The room was clean, bright, comfortable and big enough with small refrigerator and coffee/tea making facilities, with spacious updated bathroom (no hair drier but as far as I know you can ask for one). Location: Unbeatable, in the very middle of the most attractive part of Karlovy Vary, right across the street from Vridlo, steps from the main Colonnade (Mill Colonnade), less than 30m from Zamecke Lazne and from the Market Colonnade. Right under the Deer Jump.
Staff: Excellent, always friendly, very helpful.
