  The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

  My friends recommended as they stay there regularly, the hotel has been recently reconstructed and there was everything we needed in the apartment. Staff was friendly and very helpful. - superb location; clean, modern room, nice staff

  Absolutely perfect, staff very nice and helpful, excellent breakfast + suprise at our arrival : we have been upgraded to a kind of junior suite while we have booked only a superior room, soooooo cool.   Allt, men framför allt frukosten - Hotellet hade mycket bra service. När vi anlände till hotellet blev vi mycket väl bemötta av proffessionell och tillmötesgående personal.   The staff at the hotel were able to accommodate us at a moment's notice. The room was very spacious and comfortable, more of an apartment than a hotel room, with good facilities, friendly staff and a great location in central Prague; I would recommend it to anyone, particularly younger people looking to be in the middle of the city's nightlife. - W... vad folk säger » ith it being on weneslas square it was easy to shop, eat and drink at any time without need for taxis or trams.   Excellent location - quiet but less than a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge and the old town. Tram stop about 2 minutes away. Other shops, bars, and restaurants located close by so no need to cross the river again in the evening. Staff very good, breakfast superb. Nice cellar bar and classic sitting room. The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

  Hotel was in an excellent location close to the Charles Bridge. The trams stopped right outside the hotel going to the centre if you didnt want to walk, we took the trams everywhere and didnt pay once as there were no inspectors at all!!!.
