  Very friendly and helpful staff, and they spoke english, which made everything easier. The room was big enough for the 4 of us, and was very clean. The food at the restaruant was good. We felt very safe and comfortable at the hotel.   I have arrived with my family later than 11pm, and though the reception was closed, the workers in the pub/restaurant waited for my arrival. Breakfast was good. People very caring for my babyboy.   Hotellet var i utmärkt nytt/fräscht skick. Superb att man som gäst har tillgång till Aquapalace waterpark samt Fitnesscentret,hotell servicen utmärkt, utbudet av frukostbuffén var kanonbra, nyårsfesten var jättetrevlig o bra organiserat med fin mat o skumpa kl. 0000. - problems are solved directly when you ask, bathroom was fixed etc. - We loved it... vad folk säger » . The room was perfect for a family with young children. The breakfast on the weekend was very good. The waterpark is easy access and very enjoyable. You are also a close and easy drive to the beautiful city of Prague.
