  Location of the hotel is amazing, you are in the center of everything and a cozy place to stay. I think it's not a good idea to stay at this hotel in summer because there is no AC and to open the windows it is not a good solution as the hotel is located in a very busy area and the noises coming from everywhere, so it will be impossible to sleep. But despite the attention and care of old times, the traveller feels very comfortable in the hotel. Every detail is convenient. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, it is quite place in the centre of Old Town.

  This hotel is right on the square with incredible views of the Astronomical Clock, Our Lady Before Tyn Church, Christmas Market with its amazing tree and decorated bridge. We were in the middle of everything. Breakfast was also very good with such friendly ladies working there, cooking you eggs and meat to order. We had one dinner at their outside (in 20 degrees with snow but with heaters, warm blankets and super glu - Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

Most of the interesting attractions are at walking distance and there are several trams nearby going to the castle and a shopping center with a Tesco supermarket. So the location is perfect.   This hotel was brand new with superb facilities. It's got everything you need. Perfect location, close to public transport and just behind the cathedral. Wifi works great. Rooms are super clean. Fully equipped with kitchen equipments for those who want to. Comfortable beds, lots of space and great customer service. I'd highly recommend this apartm... vad folk säger » ent. It was so nice and cosy that we didn't feel like leaving. - The hotel looked renovated and everything was new. It was in the heart of Prague. The historic center was so close to the hotel, you had to literally walk for a minute to get to the old town square. All of the interesting attractions were close and yet still you had all of the bars, cafes and restaurants as well. Wifi worked great. It was great value for the money I paid. The staff was very helpful as well.

  Great, centrally located hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. We had a very large room with old and charming furniture/bed. The room was on the first floor with a view onto a busy pedestrian street which was great to watch passersby but perhaps if we stay another time we might request a room overlooking the quiet courtyard as it was pretty noisy f... vad folk säger » rom the street at night and early morning. The courtyard is great for a quiet glass of wine and the breakfast is simple but everything you need. - The staff was very friendly and welcoming and they went out of their way to help us for things we needed. The location is perfect. The rooms were old style with the wood floors and antique furniture. It was clean and comfortable and very well taken care of. I would recommend this hotel to others and stay there again.

  The apartment was very large; a lot larger than we had expected. The personnel was nice, honest and helpful. They recommended some nice restaurants to us.   One of the best hotels we stayed at during our entire tour of Europe. Hotel was clean, lovely rooms with very high ceilings, good shower/bathroom and an excellent breakfast.   It was perfect with free transfer from the airport via the reception where we get the key. It was perfectly situated, close to the Old City Square. It was a nice old personal building with atmosphere from ancient time. When we had problem with warm water the staff fixed it immediatly and was then fully functioning the rest of our stay. The very central position (close to "everything"). - The location is excellent, apartment 2a and 2b are comfortable and lovely enough but I wouldn't take the share bathroom apartment. The wood inlay ceiling in 2a is beautiful. A feel good place and the bakery down stairs is very handy.
