  Det var tyst. - The hotel is very centrally located to both old and new cities. The staff was extremely friendly especially Lenka. The breakfast was sumptuous. I loved the location. All the sites were easily accessible without a tram. Upon request, they even booked me into a tour to visit Czchesky Krumlov in Bohemia. Could walk from the train station straight up to the hotel- very close to prime center without hearing all the noise. I dropped money that I exchanged in the lobby- and on my return to the hotel- they held it for me and returned it. That alone was very impressive. Staff very knowledgeable and booked everything. Fantastic shower.

  The location was amazing, we couldn´t expect better for visiting the citie. The room had a large bed and the decoration reminded a old time movie, but everything very well clean and in good state. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpfull.

  The hotel is located close to the city centre (to Wencelas Square it's a five minute walk). The rooms are clean, modern and friendly equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet should satisfy everyone (from scrambled eggs to bread, cake and cereals. Coffee, tea, milk and orange juice). All the rooms are different, so you get something new each time you stay. Staff are friendly and speak English. They have a new parking location for guests which is much closer than when I stayed here in 2011. The breakfast room is very cute and cozy as well.

  Services, Staff, apartments large and well furnished. All perfect. Normally we prefer high category hotel but this residence is very good - It was very clean the staff were friendly and helpful. would definatly recommend it.

  We liked most the architecture, the subtle contemporary and not overwhelming design (hotel and junior suite room) in an old building with a lot of character suiting well the city. Very elegant refurbishment for this hotel (4 stars+ type) that just opened in Dec08.
