  Det var tyst. - The hotel is very centrally located to both old and new cities. The staff was extremely friendly especially Lenka. The breakfast was sumptuous. I loved the location. All the sites were easily accessible without a tram. Upon request, they even booked me into a tour to visit Czchesky Krumlov in Bohemia. Could walk from the train station straight up to the hotel- very close to prime center without hearing all the noise. I dropped money that I exchanged in the lobby- and on my return to the hotel- they held it for me and returned it. That alone was very impressive. Staff very knowledgeable and booked everything. Fantastic shower.

Excellent value for money, attentive staff and the food is delicious.

  The hotel is located close to the city centre (to Wencelas Square it's a five minute walk). The rooms are clean, modern and friendly equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet should satisfy everyone (from scrambled eggs to bread, cake and cereals. Coffee, tea, milk and orange juice). All the rooms are different, so you get something new each time you stay. Staff are friendly and speak English.   My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is very nice to talk with (he even brought me orange juice!). The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.
