  Det var tyst. - The hotel is very centrally located to both old and new cities. The staff was extremely friendly especially Lenka. The breakfast was sumptuous. I loved the location. All the sites were easily accessible without a tram. Upon request, they even booked me into a tour to visit Czchesky Krumlov in Bohemia. Could walk from the train station straight up to the hotel- very close to prime center without hearing all the noise. I dropped money that I exchanged in the lobby- and on my return to the hotel- they held it for me and returned it. That alone was very impressive. Staff very knowledgeable and booked everything. Fantastic shower.

  Me and my wife Kátia were in Sovereign Hotel in Prague from October 29 to November 13, 2013. The Sovereign hotel is simply unique, it stays one block from main train station, Praha Hlavní Nadrazí, less than three minutes from rue Venceslau, and aproximately fifteen minutes pleasured walking to Old Town. Before - The staff were very helpful, chatty and polite. They asked about our travels and were genuinely interested in what our plans were. They had water at the reception (bonus!). When asked the staff organised the room to be cleaned at a specific time as another traveller was coming to stay, there was no hesitation and they were happy to organise.   Room was nice, big and very clean. Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling. The whole staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is new and there are no hindering compromises taken in the building or the decoratio... vad folk säger » n. There is metro station right opposite the hotel. 2 out of 3 metrolines stops there. There is also a tram station right in front of the hotel. There - Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given. Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square. My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.
