  Excellent location - two minutes from Charles Bridge. Tram stop right outside, close to metro so it's easy to get from airport - DO NOT GET A TAXI. Free wifi. Lovely wc/shower. Doubleapartment had a a nice kitchenette with hob fridge and kettle, with cooking equipment.   Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent.   Servicen från receptionen, mycket trevlig personal. - Location was perfect, room was lovely very clean, staff were very friendly - The room was phenomenal! Big room, lots of space, beautiful view and very close to city centre. If I ever go back to Prague I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

  I'm amazed when the hotel supposed to pick two people with different flights at the airport and my friend happened to have postphoned flight. But, instead of us telling them, they called us and told us about the delay and will arrange for delayed picked up as flight new schedule. Definitely great service from the hotel. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we thought good value.   We give AT THE GREEN GRAPE 4 stars Lenka and Tanya were beyond amazing. With Lenka's knowledge of where to dine, ( we had dinner 3 times at the cozy 'Little Whale'. The food was outstanding. The room was very spacious and the whole hotel was beautifully finished. Breakfast was very good. Location was perfect, being close enough to all the main sites but being quiet enough to get away from the crowds. Being a smaller hotel, it felt like very personal service and attention to detail. They also brought us a bottle of wine when they knew it was my husband's birthday which was a very lovely gesture.
