We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary. The

Kudos to Albina and Alex did an excellent job and treated us like part of the family. The service was superb along goes with the beautiful magnificient hotel it surely was a very pleasant stay. It's a home away from home fantasy dream come true in luxury.

The rooms were fabulous; spacious and well stocked. The spa baths were a welcome bonus after a day of walking! The location is perfect; lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping close by. The staff were outstanding and wanted to assist us in every way. Would definitely return or recommend. -

Wow! What a surprise this place was! In a good way that is. I wasn't expecting an entire apartment but that is what we got! It was beautiful and comfortable. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great.
