The room was very large and comfortable with the only exception that it has not outside windows. Regarding the accommodation we (couple + a 1,5 yo baby) were absolutely overwhelmed by the highly professional customer oriented approach of the ladies running the hotel. We have never ever experienced service like this after having traveled across lots of destinations worldwide. The place consists of 3 appartments, is located in the heart of the city but at the same time is very quiet, accommodating an - Wow! What a surprise this place was! In a good way that is. I wasn't expecting an entire apartment but that is what we got! It was beautiful and comfortable. Great location east to get to and from and around the city! We loved our short time here. And breakfast was brought to us each morning. A super place to stay!

  The best about "The Art House" is the location. It's close to a Metro Station, Charles Bridge, the Old Town Square and the Jewish Section. There are several Bar/Cafe downstairs which are nice and convenient. The management team arranged shuttle from the airport to the flat with us. The part-time young driver picked us up easily. He's well mannered... vad folk säger » and can speak English and Russian very well. The check-in manager was patiently waiting for us in front of the building. You can find bakeries for br - Central location, very convenient for access to the Old Town, Charles Bridge and the Jewish Quarter. The management team were very helpful, we arrived a few hours early and we were able to access the apartment. Being picked up and taken back to the airport was a real help. The living/kitchen/bathroom area of the apartments were spacious but we found the bedroom rather small but did not detract from our break. We would certainly use The Art House again.

  The hotel is in a great location close to all the attractions and on a small quiet street. The rooms are freshly decorated and have new furniture and are very clean.   I'm amazed when the hotel supposed to pick two people with different flights at the airport and my friend happened to have postphoned flight.
