It's difficult to say anything negative about this splendid hotel.
Right from the initial check in (where we arrived without luggage,
courtesy of Air France) the staff were friendly & helpful. The mini
suite (Number 105) was stylishly furnished with all the necessary
facilities and a fully equipped kitchen although we only used the
kettle!! Great location, close to all the tourist sites, bars &
excellent restaurants. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

Hotel was in an excellent location close to the Charles Bridge. The trams stopped right outside the hotel going to the centre if you didnt want to walk, we took the trams everywhere and didnt pay once as there were no inspectors at all!!!. This is the very nice hotel. There are so kind staff, a breakfest is not bad, a big pretty room, everyday cleaning, etc. Important for turists it is a very good place. The many touristic objects are right there, just 5-10 minutes by walk.

The location is great, in the heart of the city but not in the crazy heart. You go up there is the castle you go down there is the Charl's bridge. On the way amazing restaurants very cheap and delicious. The beds are comfortable, bathroom is good. Close to the park where you can have picnic with the view to the city. Staff is very friendly.

3 of us stayed in this hotel in july 2008 and we didn't know what to expect. It was the best location in Prague with walking distance to the train station, old town and everywhere else. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.
