  1. Location- just 4 min walk to Karluv most, we had every day romantic night walk back from downtown, no people in Kampa island at night; 2. Very queit place inspite of it is in the center, sleep very well at night, no noise at all; 3. Nice big room - we had delux room on the third floor; 4. Nice breakfast, standart board, but was everything what ... vad folk säger » is needed for breakfast, nice croissant they bake; 5. Warm room, they have heating; 6. No problem with hot water and water flow; 7. They have transfer - Staff were friendly and very helpful, i especially appreciated the birthday wish and chocolate left in my room for my daughter's birthday. The location is great, only a minute away from Charles Bridge, but situated in a quite place, away from the crowds and noise. The family suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

  Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. Food delicious. - The location was perfect, walking distance to Prague castle compound and other attractions. The hotel was quiet and stylish. Staff was nice.

  The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

  Allt, men framför allt frukosten - Hotellet hade mycket bra service. När vi anlände till hotellet blev vi mycket väl bemötta av proffessionell och tillmötesgående personal. Vi fick bra turistinformation, karta och tips på restauranger och sevärdheter.   Hotel was in an excellent location close to the Charles Bridge. The trams stopped right outside the hotel going to the centre if you didnt want to walk, we took the trams everywhere and didnt pay once as there were no inspectors at all!!!.
