  The apartment is just great! The location is great (once you've settled in as it took quite a walk from the tram stop to the place) as it's right there below Charles Bridge. Jan, the owner, was very helpful though she doesn't speak English at all. She called her son to help us with the info we needed.   Excellent location, right beside the stairs to the castle! I’m glad that I ordered the shuttle from the hotel to pick us up to and from the airport coz the hotel is far from the airport (but close to tourist area). Apartment: big and clean. However, the Monday morning we left is a bit noisy as they are back to work. One more thing is that letsbookhotel.com and the hotel both charges - hostess texted me with directions which was helpful. We loved the terrace, especially lounging in the evening after "touristing" all day. It's close to the city, very clean rooms, fridge, small bathroom and shower, but adequate. Place is very roomy, ceiling is slanted and a bit low, so be careful getting up!

The room was very large and comfortable with the only exception that it has not outside windows. Underbar och riklig frukost på restaurant 100 m därifrån. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal och ett mysigt spa i källaren. Ett litet lägenhetshotell i vacker gammal byggnad.... vad folk säger » - We just came back from spending one of the most wonderful weekends in Prague with my family. Regarding the accommodation we (couple + a 1,5 yo baby) were absolutely overwhelmed by the highly professional customer oriented approach of the ladies running the hotel. We have never ever experienced service like this after having traveled across lots of destinations worldwide. The place consists of 3 appartments, is located in the heart of the city but at the same time is very quiet, accommodating an - Wow! What a surprise this place was! In a good way that is. I wasn't expecting an entire apartment but that is what we got! It was beautiful and comfortable. Great location east to get to and from and around the city! We loved our short time here. And breakfast was brought to us each morning. A super place to stay!

  Servicen från receptionen, mycket trevlig personal. - Location was perfect, room was lovely very clean, staff were very friendly - The room was phenomenal! Big room, lots of space, beautiful view and very close to city centre. If I ever go back to Prague I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

  The hotel is in a great location close to all the attractions and on a small quiet street. The rooms are freshly decorated and have new furniture and are very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a choice of cold meats and cheese with an option inlcuded in the price of freshly cooked eggs, bacon, sausage. There are many small streets around this area and locals were not able to identify where the street (Liliova) was from the map we printed from letsbookhotel.com We spent over an hour walking trying to find the hotel and in the end had to get a taxi (who ripped us off!)
