  Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. Food delicious. - The location was perfect, walking distance to Prague castle compound and other attractions. The hotel was quiet and stylish. Staff was nice.

  • Loved the 12:00pm checkout and the possibility to extend to 1:30pm (pending no arrivals in your room on your day of checkout) for free. • Loved the location!! It was a 5min walk to Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. • We stayed in the Apartment (Junior Suite) New York. It had air conditioning, two bathrooms (one with shower, the other with sh... vad folk säger » ower/tub combination), living room, bedroom and kitchen. • When breakfast is included in your stay, you eat it at the little cafe that is right next - It's difficult to say anything negative about this splendid hotel. Right from the initial check in (where we arrived without luggage, courtesy of Air France) the staff were friendly & helpful. The mini suite (Number 105) was stylishly furnished with all the necessary facilities and a fully equipped kitchen although we only used the kettle!! Great location, close to all the tourist sites, bars & excellent restaurants. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

Nice comfortable clean room and well thought off amenities such as free use of computer and internet in lobby, they also lend laptops for free, can borrow dvd movies for free as there's a flat screen tv and dvd player in the room (great for rainy days in Prague).   We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary. Walking distance to everything. - Kudos to Albina and Alex did an excellent job and treated us like part of the family.   Hotel was in an excellent location close to the Charles Bridge. The trams stopped right outside the hotel going to the centre if you didnt want to walk, we took the trams everywhere and didnt pay once as there were no inspectors at all!!!.   This hotel is right on the square with incredible views of the Astronomical Clock, Our Lady Before Tyn Church, Christmas Market with its amazing tree and decorated bridge. We were in the middle of everything. Breakfast was also very good with such friendly ladies working there, cooking you eggs and meat to order. We had one dinner at their outside (in 20 degrees with snow but with heaters, warm blankets and super glu - Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.
