This charming little villa is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the woods, 500 metres from Karlovy Vary's centre and a thermal colonnade. It offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. Surrounded by a garden with barbecue facilities, the Family Pension also features a kitchen and an internet station, which can be used free of charge. Each room has a private bathroom and a TV. When weather is nice you can enjoy the sun on the shared garden terrace. A continental breakfast is served every morning. In the centre you can find lots of restaurants and cafés. Hiking and Nordic Walking routes pass right in front the guests house. The Karlovy Vary Golf Course is 3 km away.

This is the best value for visiting Karlovy Vary - which can be very very expensive if you stay in a hotel or eat at any of the restaurants. At Family Pension, I paid only 40 euro to stay in a fully equipped studio with full kitchen facility. It allows me to buy fresh produce from the markets and cook at home. The apartment is in top condition and I cannot say enough about what a superior value this is!!!.
alla recensioner » We had an apartment - very spacious and superbly equipped. Separate entry, extremely clean, friendly and trusted owner, sorted out all formalities in 5min. Room was very warm and nice, slept well. Location isn't that central, but certainly not far either. Overall - tremendous price/value proposition..!. Gorgeous staff, helpful and caring! The apartment is located over Karlovy Vary and it can only be reached by either bus ride (Num 13) from the train station. The walk to the hot springs is very fast - less than 5 minutes but the walk back up can be hard on people who are not used to climbing steps. For me it is OK - about 10 minutes. Basically none, just that WiFi signal could be a bit stronger and I would love to have in-room fridge stocked with standard water/beer/juice (like hotel's minibar). Absolutely nothing. Parking could be a bit difficult for the less experiences drivers. However, it shiould not stop you from staying in this place :). Parking with bigger or low-built car could be challenging due to the restricted sized parking slot and steep road - however, it is worth for the view. Breakfast was quite simple. WiFi is very slow. Hot water was available no more than 5 minutes after turning on a tap. If you like to spend more time in a shower, it is impossible, because water become cold in 5 minutes. bed is uncomfortable, no bath tube - only shower. It was some difficult to get to the hotel because it situated on the hill. A little bit up in the hill on the way back from the city center. Insects all around when turning on the light for too long. A steep slope to walk up from the centre area. Uptown, a steep Hill climbing to reach from down town centre.
