  We had a downstairs room which had a balcony overlooking the river (there is also a balcony upstairs). The room wasn't modern but it was comfortable, functional and clean. Wifi worked well.   The pension was extremely accessible for the centre of Cesky Krumlov - great given we have young children. Parking there was not a problem. The wireless internet worked perfectly in my room, which was also warm (I opened the window overnight to let some cool air in). Breakfast was fantastic - a dazzling array of yoghurts, meats, cheeses and breads... vad folk säger » and cakes, plus other nice touches like treats for the children. The landlady went out of her way to ensure we were looked after. A great choice for - Very nice, beautiful, romantic, homelike and clean penzion, with a lot of nice, old style decoration. The staff is very nice, we can understand each other in English. It is not in the crowded centre but it takes only 5-10 minutes walking to the centre. We could choose from 3 rooms when we arrive. The breakfast was very plenty, varied and delicious.

  The location was very convenient for visiting the castle and old town. The staff were friendly and called a taxi for us and recommended a very good restaurant. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. - Hotel was very cosy and clean, rooms large and comfortable. Good value for money. Very quiet. 10-15 minutes' walk to the town centre.

  The B&B was very nice and clean. Each of the rooms is identified by an animal. Ours was the sheep room. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious. It may have been a handicap accessible room, as it had a ramp from the outside, a large sliding door to the bathroom, and a large shower. The continental breakfast was really good.   The location is good, it takes about 5 minutes walking to the city centre, though it's not vey easy to find at your first time (we travel by local car so it's not a problem). it's the best breakfast we've had during our visit to mid europe.   We loved our room. It was close to all tourist attractions, but very quiet. We had a fantastic view of the river, room was quite spacious (lots of room for 3 of us) and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was extensive and very delicious. We saw this hotel in the Rick Steves' Eastern Europe book and want to say, "Thanks, Rick!"   Great staff. Special mention for Dominica and her friend. Good breakfast. Friendly service in a region where this important facet of hospitality is lacking. Too many service staff in bars, hotels and public amenities just do not want to be doing the job they are doing.   This is a small, family-owned pension that is very conveniently located above the city center area. The facility is very nice and clean and the view from the back terrace is fantastic. The staff/family are very kind and friendly and were very helpful with suggestions for sightseeing as well as helping with transportation arrangements. We were offered free coffee on a nice backyard terrace when we arrived . On-site parking (no charge) was a big plus for this city. The owners were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ample and tasty. There is not always someone at the front desk but they will quickly respond to the "Reception" call button on the outside entrance.

  The Hotel was excellent. The lady was very friendly and breakfast was great basic English but our daughter spoke Czech which helped. Rooms clean and comfortable part way up a hill so probably not good for guests who have problem with steep banks unless you have car to go back and forwards. And Landlady is so kind and informative to give sufficient information to guest and she welcomed us with hospitality so friendly and tried her best to make our family be comfortable. When I visit there again, I will book and stay there definitely.
