We thought the owner Jan was very friendly, had a good sense of humor, went out of his way to help and to top it off his English was superb! We had a car, so it was in a perfect location for (free) parking. Breakfast was very good, our room was very well laid out and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also thought having a bar fridge in the room was a nice touch. A very pleasant stay. The B&B is a walking distance to the main historical part of Cesky Krumlov and although located close to a road, we found it very quiet and calm at night. The room was big and breakfast was fine, as well. They also arrange tours and transport to the surroundings, which we were happy to use.
