Place is easy to find, there's a big sign on the wall of the
building. It has own parking space right under security cameras. The
owner is friendly. Rooms are cozy, furnished with all necessary stuff
such as hairdryer, kettle, big lcd tv, air-conditioner, central heating.
And there's supermarket Konzum very near to these rooms. When
I'm back to Zagreb, I'll definitely stay here again.
Owner of the hotel, Davor is very friendly and funny. He was always there when we needed help.
Hotel is very clean and comfortable.
Staffs are very nice as well.
The location is perfect. During our 4 nights stay, we did small trips everyday to in/out of Zagreb area.

We had a very nice stay. This is nice family run hotel, which was recently built. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was big and clean same about bathroom. There was a kettle in the room so we could have tea and coffee in the morning. Easy to get to city center by tram or feet. Located very close to main bus station.
Modern design, very clean rooms, very friendly staff, the
owner/manager of the hotel is a great person to talk with for a
briefing on what you need to do in Zagreb and also in Croatia. He has an
interesting collection of National Geographic editions, you can see the
passion for tourism.
The house is very nice and clean. We stay just one night, but it was enough to convince us to come back anytime we will choose to travel to Zagreb. The staff is very friendly and they helped us a lot. The bathroom is large and the room is very lovely and simple decorated.
Awesome place to stay, clean and comfort rooms. safe place, close to bus satiation and you can ride to any Croatian city. Good internet access, accept Visa cards. Very friendly and helpful owner and personal.
Davor and staff very friendly. Very clean and modern. Only a few metres from bakeries, restaurants and trams to the centre of the city (six or seven stops). English very good. Good value for money.
Center of the town , trams pass infront of the Rooms Sobes every lines ,easy to go everywhere.Things I like best is we were at the ground flooor but not had an easy noise.
The owners were very helpful, they helped us figure out the bus timetable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel was just a 5 min walk from the bus station.
location is very good close main bus station(walk distance) and city centre(take tram 12Ku) also very clean and comfortable, staffs are very friendly.
Nice, modern and clean rooms for a good price. The owner is a sociable
man. The centre of Zagreb is quit close, only 2km. Taxi price is
around 3 euro.

It is in the south/modern part of Zagreb, not in the old city
center. But the trams and taxi station are at 2 minutes of walking from
the hotel and a taxi takes 25-30 kuna to the center which makes it very
affordable.
Nothing - the absence of a phone and a minibar (often seen as necessities in hotels) did not worry me.

The appartmant we stayed located on basement, therefore the view from the window was not something you would enjoy... Ask for apartments upstairs! :-D.
