  The room was very very clean, and it was like a hotel knowing that it is not a hotel. And unlike what people said it was a very quiet night for us. We did not hear anything from the street. And the room even had tea and coffee and the staff were very helpful and I had forgotten a key there and they called me and followed me to the next destination... vad folk säger » to return it. Very good experience - The room was very spacious, modern, nice decor, well laid out - and spotless. Very comfortable bed, lovely cotton bedlinen. Despite being in the centre of the old town, the double glazing prevented any noise disturbance. Great shower. A perfect location hidden among the old streets.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Vanilla. Our room was clean & had everything we needed, and there is a big supermarket & smaller shop close by for stocking up on food. The swimming pool was lovely for cooling off from the very hot sunshine, and the sun loungers around it are perfect for relaxing. It's about a 20 minute walk into Zadar, or a £5 - first impressions as we arrived in the blazing sunshine was this Villa was spotlessly clean. We were welcomed warmly by Vesna and Tina and altough we arrived really early, well accomodated until our room was ready.We had the two bed with private pool, which for us was well worth the extra money. Peaceful and elegant. The shower was great and powerful. A very cheap taxi ride from the Old Town, about £5.   This spot is in the heart of old town. It's among several cafe/bars and restaurants. It's also a quick walk to the Sea Organ. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. They sat down with us when we arrived and chatted for a good half hour about things to do and where to go in the area. The room for 3 of us was great. Great location close to all the nightlife! - Beautiful room with lovely stone walls, with simple, classy décor, very spacious. Perfect location in the Old Town, right near to all the pavement cafes - a perfect location for a late evening flight arrival and being able to go straight out to eat. Being able to explore the whole of Old Town easily from here on foot was wonderful.

  Relaxing, enjoyed the terrace overlooking sea whilst having breakfast ordrinks in the evening. Managed to catch bus into Zadar City which was notrouble at all. - very helpful staff, sea view was exactly that.

  Marina, our contact was waiting adjacent to the apartments on time as arranged. The location of Apartments Forum is excellent, less than 5 minutes walk to the old Roman forum, across the street to the waterfront promenade, and less than 5 minutes to the central pedestrian area and to many restaurants. We would recommend the apartment from a location and comfort point of view but be - The location of the apartment couldn't be more central. And it is so well stocked that you could live there for weeks. It had enough towels and blankets (in the winter it might be cold because I haven't seen any heaters in the bedrooms). The host was very considerate and communicated with us in order to set up a meeting place. The lady that met with us knew little english, but enough. We had to pay cash, either euro or kuna at check-in, and the check-out was very simple. We were 5 travellers in

  I had never heard of Zadar before seeing the location on Ryanair. The hotel room was of a good size, very clean, very comfortable and we paid an extra £10 per/night for a sea view which was worth it. The restaurant was elevated with excellent views across to the old town. We walked about 50 mins to the town centre past marinas and looking across ... vad folk säger » the water to the old town. On another day we walked for about 2 hours in the opposite direction again numerous small marinas and again past hundreds o - The staff were amazing, answering all our queries, and helping us arrange fun things to do whilst in Zadar; the food was delicious, the best fish platter and best breakfast buffet all holiday, and really great room service, with champagne on arrival to celebrate our wedding anniversary overlooking the old town from our balcony. 9 kuna bus trip into town made this a nice quiet haven to relax after seeing the sites.   This apartment was located in the center of the old city of Zadar. You make a phone call and then someone comes to let you in and give you the keys.   The price and location was great. The owners daughter came to drop off the keys right on time and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed and the location was great. Also there is a motorized train that will take you right into the middle of Zadar and the pick up is right in front of the marina 50 meters... vad folk säger » away and its just a few euros.   The apartment is nicely decorated, location is good may be Coz we have a car. The staff is just excellent. My friend has let behind a Down jacket so we called their staff Leri about the situation from another city. Within 24 hours we have already received her jacket in our next destinated hotel. We are so grateful of Leri's help and very impress... vad folk säger » ed by her efficiency. Thank you again Leri. - The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and spacious. There is easy, free parking if you are arriving by car (I cannot imagine how you would get here without a car). The studio apartment was quite big, with a proper kitchen. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and gave us directions to town, the grocery store, etc.

  This hotel is very close to several beaches. There is even a sandy beach close by. It is 30 - 45 minutes on foot and 5 - 7 minutes by bus. The breakfast was OK. - The service from Paula in the reception. and the restaurant.

  Hotel Villa Julian was a very pleasant and welcoming place based in a stunnung area. On arrival to airport there is a transfer arrange which is very handy! Adriana and all the staff are great, always there to help, very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a very good information leaflet downstairs which explains what tours you can do etc. During ... vad folk säger » our stay we took part in two of these activities which the owner had organised for us. They were both great days out with stunning sites to be seen. T - Villa Julian has it all and I give them the warmest recommendations. Dario and Andreana together with their smiley staff makes you feel welcome yet gives you full privacy. The room was spotless and romantic with a sea view. It takes about 10min to the local beach and restaurant strip, and 30min to Zadar's charmng Old Town. It is a safe and tidy area and I wouldn't have wanted to stay any closer to town. All in all, very impressed.
